Universal baseline. Extended to everyone; grants nothing.
Does this person respect your boundaries as stated, without negotiation?

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
Signal decency. Tone, honesty, and absence of coercion.
Can they communicate without manipulation, guilt, or pressure?

COOPERATION
Functional alignment. They can work with you toward a shared outcome.
Can they cooperate reliably when it costs them something?

CALIBRATED TRUST
Pattern reliability observed over time, not declared.
Have they proven trustworthy under pressure, more than once?

SOVEREIGN ACCESS
Inner sanctum. Strategy, finances, wounds, plans, timing.
Have Levels 1–4 remained stable long enough to justify deep access?
